Last weekend, I traveled to Los Angeles for a work trip, my first trip since the pandemic started. I don’t like LA. I don’t like the temperature (bog air) or the culture (hope you like feeling carsick on a highway!), and I don’t particularly like the scene (a stranger said hello to me on the street, which made me want to go into witness protection). LA reminds me that I am a loser, which is fine —
