On our third day of highlighting lesser known Christmas songs, I thought I’d skip the 3 French Hens and instead go straight to introducing you to Relient K’s version of “12 Days of Christmas”, a track from their 2007 album, “Let It Snow, Baby….Let It Reindeer”.
If you thought my first two uncommon choices were a bit mellow, this should alleviate any concern regarding the tune’s tempo. It has kick.
Originating out of Canton, Ohio, Relient K has evolved over the years in both sound and membership, with “Be My Escape” and “Who I Am Hates Who I’ve Been” two of their most popular singles per Billboard magazine.
