Instagram Reels tends to (no pun intended) reel me in quite often with interesting recipe videos, most recently with a young lady creating “Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil“, complete with mini corn-on-the-cob, cilantro, shrimp, Dutch yellow potatoes, and andouille sausage. I’m normally not a big shrimp fan, but the video kicked in hunger pangs like no other. Suffice it to say, I tried the recipe and it didn’t disappoint.
