Should I be concerned about an abnormal EKG?
Most of the time severe abnormalities that pop up without any other symptoms are a sign of improper lead placement or an incorrect EKG procedure. However, markedly abnormal EKGs with symptoms are considered a medical emergency that requires treatment or surgery.
An abnormal EKG can mean many things. Sometimes an EKG abnormality is a normal variation of a heart’s rhythm, which does not affect your health. Other times, an abnormal EKG can signal a medical emergency, such as a myocardial infarction (heart attack) or a dangerous arrhythmia.

Assuming I shouldn’t choose the obvious – my birthday, I would instead select Christmas, the birthday of Jesus Christ. Granted, the holiday is pummeled in modern times with things both materialistic and secular, but still the true “reason for the season” is there in the love of your family and the promise of our Savior.
