These days, it’s not uncommon to be prompted for a little extra moula when buying groceries, grabbing a coffee or picking up takeout. For consumers, adding a tip has become as simple as touching a button — though for many, the choice is fraught with guilt and pressure.

Having just finished our Spring Break trip last week with the 6-hour drive home, I would no doubt choose to travel cross-country by airplane. Although I’d miss lots of interesting places along the way, I’d also miss the Rocky Mountains and the oftentimes boring plains. That’s a win in my book!
