There are few things in this world that have such power with so little cost.
Whether you were screaming for Elvis or the Beatles, shaking your groove thing at the height of the disco craze (or alternatively, burning those records), being moved to tears by the marriage of music and imagery in “Schindler’s List”, or simply rolling your windows down as you blast “Cruise” during those early days of summer, music is a force that unites us all as nothing else can.
Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and life to everything.

For me, music can energize my workout, make me feel better when I am down in the dumps, help me focus and just feel in the moment. I hope it’s power works for you in the same way.
