Several months ago, my employer made the decision to discontinue the use of corporate mobile phones and transition to exclusive communication through laptop applications. This change necessitated that I assume responsibility for my phone number and billing through my carrier, Verizon, with whom I had maintained a professional and personal relationship for 17 years.

As a frugal person, it truly feels like I’m their top priority, with them going above and beyond to ensure that my experience is nothing short of exceptional!
