What historically is considered to be the riskiest event pulled off successfully? Perhaps you think of the invention of agent orange or the atomic bomb. Adventurers may say reaching the summit of Mt. Everest, jumping out of a plane (hopefully with a parachute), or swimming with sharks in the Galapagos. Then there are those people who consider it a risk to whiten your teeth but not floss, order a Kale salad yet drown it in high calorie salad dressing, or refuse to drink milk past its expiration date but have no problem with continuing a relationship that’s soured long ago.
Today’s “Daily Prompt” addresses risk, and although as you’ll see I’m more inclined to take the less-risky route, I’m even today providing a bit of a risky first peek on the site for May’s upcoming new feature, “Moteventure Reactions”. Be sure to let me know what songs and artists you’d like me to listen to for the first time!

As I sat to contemplate the question, I realized I’m more of a risk-averse person than I thought I was. I tend to be more methodical in what I do, so I think something that I don’t regret is starting my website here for Moteventure and sharing personal stories, a novel, music and more, always hoping to click with the right group of people.
