CRAVING SUGAR AFTER MEALS? HERE’S HOW TO STOP

Trying to eat healthy and lose weight is an ongoing lifestyle battle involving lots of trial and error. Some people are big salt lovers, partaking in pretzels, chips, salsa, and the gamut of salty yet wonderful tasting snacks.

My personal weakness (as you may have guessed from reading my blog) is the sugary sweetness in nearly everything we consume in the world today. Snickers, donuts, M&M’s, and Hershey’s with Almonds are obvious, but supposed “healthy” foods like yogurt, milk and sliced bread are also full of sugar.

As Health Shots points out in today’s featured story, “It is normal to have sugar cravings after a meal sometimes. However, if it happens to you regularly, here’s how you can put a stop to your cravings to avoid complications.”
