While the smartest dog breeds may be popular companions, some experts feel it’s high time for all those goofy, tail-chasing, sweetly affectionate dogs of supposedly lesser intellect to have their moment. “I’m a fan of dumb dogs,” says canine behavior consultant Lauren Novack. But what are the dumbest dog breeds, and what exactly does it mean to be a dumb dog?

WHAT MAKES YOU MOST ANXIOUS?
My anxiety level elevates quickly when I’m dealing with my fear of heights. Just recalling driving on the picturesque Needles Highway in South Dakota or hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park makes my blood pressure rise. Ferris wheels, lighthouses, top decks on cruise ships all have the same effect. Oddly enough, roller coasters and other fast-moving rides at amusement parks aren’t a problem. Go figure.
