YOUR BODY IS A BANK ACCOUNT. DO YOU MAKE GOOD INVESTMENTS?

The old adage “you are what you eat” sometimes humorously reminds us to avoid being “fast, cheap, easy or fake”. If you’re like me, finding the balance between fakery and healthy fullness is sometimes (let’s be honest – oftentimes) a magic trick of willpower, hunger pangs and simply seeing a number on the scale that can send you into a tailspin.

Instead of hiding my head in the sand, I chose instead to put together a plan myself to hopefully shed some extra pounds before summer. Time of course will tell, but for today’s post, I’m including articles and information that I can return to anytime to remind myself of the plan and its pitfalls, from morning until midnight.
