Do you recall Brad Pitt & Morgan Freeman in New Line Cinema’s “Se7en”? The 1995 psychological thriller paired Freeman’s soon-to-retire and disheartened detective William Somerset with Pitt’s take-no-prisoners detective David Mills. The plot revolved around the duo tracking and stopping a murder spree by a serial killer whose motive for killing is based upon the seven deadly sins.
Every now and then, I’m inspired to highlight a theme for our “Today’s 10” post, and after a review of that old film, I thought revisiting the biblical seven deadly sins would be both interesting and enlightening for me as well as my readers.
