Rhythm — Making Things Right

Sometimes the rhythm breaks.
A moment of tension.
A word spoken too sharply.
A silence that lasted too long.
A misunderstanding that grew into distance.

It happens.
Even in the healthiest relationships.
Even with the best intentions.

But broken rhythm doesn’t mean the song is over.
It means it’s time to repair.

Not perfectly.
Not instantly.
But intentionally.

Repair is a rhythm.
It’s the rhythm of humility.
Of courage.
Of grace.

It means saying, “I’m sorry.”
It means asking, “Can we talk?”
It means showing up — even when it’s awkward.
Even when you’re not sure how it will go.

Because making things right isn’t about erasing the past.
It’s about choosing connection again.
Choosing to rebuild.
Choosing to move forward.

So today, if something feels off —
if a rhythm has been broken —
take the first step toward repair.

Reach out.
Apologize.
Listen.
Forgive.
Try again.

Let your rhythm be one of restoration.
One of healing.
One of hope.

Welcome to Day Five.
Let this be a day of brave rhythm —
where you choose to make things right.

LOUDER, BRAVER, HONESTER — AVALANCHE (ROCK VERSION) RELEASES TODAY

When you’re learning the rhythm of making things right, it helps to remember what started the rhythm in the first place — that first spark, that first rush, that first moment someone changed your world.

That’s the heartbeat of Avalanche.
It’s not a song about damage — it’s a song about impact.
The kind of impact only first love can make.

The Rock version, released today, amplifies that feeling.
It’s louder, bolder, more electric — the sound of a heart waking up for the first time. It captures the moment love hits with so much force that it rearranges everything… in the best possible way.

So as you practice today’s rhythm of repair, let this version remind you: sometimes the reason we fight for connection is because of how powerful that first fall really was.

Love changed the rhythm once — and it can change it again.

By the way, I DO know “honester” isn’t a word…haha
