Rhythm — Noticing the People Around You
You’ve spent two weeks tuning into your own rhythm.
Your pace.
Your truth.
Your momentum.
Now it’s time to look up.
To notice who’s walking beside you.
Because rhythm isn’t just personal — it’s relational.
It’s shaped by the people we live with, work with, love, and lead.
And sometimes, we forget to notice them.
We get so focused on our own goals, our own growth, our own rhythm —
that we miss the quiet signals others are sending.
So today is about awareness.
Not judgment.
Not comparison.
Just awareness.
Ask yourself:
- Who’s moving near me right now?
- What rhythm are they in?
- Are they rushing? Resting? Struggling? Celebrating?
And then ask:
- Am I honoring their rhythm?
- Am I listening?
- Am I showing up with empathy, not just efficiency?
Because the healthiest rhythm isn’t one that ignores others —
it’s one that notices them.
That adjusts when needed.
That makes space for grace.
Today, let your rhythm be relational.
Let it be kind.
Let it be aware.
Welcome to Week Three.
Let this be a week of connection — where your rhythm makes room for others.
An Avalanche in Stereo: Pop & Country
Both versions of Avalanche carry their own emotional rhythm — one bright and pulsing, the other grounded and steady. Together, they show how the same story can move in different ways. Take a moment to listen to both and choose the version that resonates with your rhythm today.
