After the first of the year, we place a big box at the bottom of our basement stairs. During our daily routine, we’ll come across something we never use or is simply outdated, and we’ll put it in the box. Clothes, knick-knacks, toys, whatever. When the box is filled, we take it to Goodwill for donation.
