NOVEMBER REFLECTION

Either I wrote more original content in November than prior months, or you (my awesome readers) are more interested in my own personal stories and reflections. Perhaps it was a bit of both. Whether I was sharing meeting a country music superstar (at the time) decades earlier, conveying my interest in reliving part of my life, or revisiting my disastrous speech at my own daughter’s wedding, it seemed readers turned up in droves to learn more about it. In the midst of dealing with my father’s death, in order to be eligible for social security benefits, I had to be a college student while also being a full-time high school senior. Dealing with dual educational situations while also working through devastating loss was seriously hard, but I am stronger because of having had to make the decision.
