If you could bring back one dinosaur, which one would it be?
Although the science community considers this well known favorite to be the Apatosaurus, I’m going to stick with it’s more common synonym of Brontosaurus, which literally means “thunder lizard”.
Who doesn’t recall the bird screeching in the opening credits of “The Flintstones” and Fred sliding down the tail of the Brontosaurus. Iconic to this baby boomer / Gen-Xer, and a herbivore worth bringing back.

Alternatively, I’d choose the Brachiosaurus, another gentle giant best known for giving us our first peek at Stephen Spielberg’s dinosaurs in 1993’s “Jurassic Park”. Right now, you’re seeing Laura Dern’s astonished look on her face as she rises from her seat of the jeep looking on as the huge animal reaches up to grab a branch. If not, never fear…here you go…I got u!

There you have it. My choice if I could bring a dinosaur back. Which would you choose and why?
