I’ve made these many times…a few tips…steam the peppers for about 5 minutes right away and set them aside until needed. Also double the recipe and freeze half for a quick meal when you don’t feel like cooking. Lastly, I add a bit of cheese on top in the last few minutes. Awesome meal!
